Diversity—for our teams, our projects, our offices—expands our range of view and strengthens who we are. It creates awareness, reveals new perspectives, builds stronger problem-solvers and eager innovators—that, in turn, make us better builders and more collaborative, responsive partners.

leovegas online casino gamesWhen it comes to strengthening diversity on our projects, we are always one step ahead. Our proactive approach leads to enduring relationships with Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Small Business (SB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE), Veteran/Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer or questioning (LGBTQ+) participation trade partners. Our pre-project outreach programs continually work to educate, promote, track and follow up on subcontractor and workforce participation initiatives. We don’t just meet diversity goals—we exceed them.

We consistently seek opportunities to connect those businesses to our project teams to develop leovegas casinomentorships, so they continue to be supported and strengthened—even after the job is done.
